Ellie’s Urban Grill provides an exciting fast casual dining experience.
We created an environment that encompasses a sports and entertainment atmosphere. Ellie’s is Englewood residents desired destination to hang out with friends, watch sports, eat wings and experience the best hand made salmon croquettes known to man! We will also cater events and lease our dining area to customers for evening events.
Ellie’s also plans to staff our restaurant with local residents in an attempt to restore the workforce in the community. We will provide living wages to every employee in addition to offering scholarship opportunities to employees pursuing careers in business, sports management and entertainment.
Ellie’s will also host special events for local youth sports teams and sponsor equipment, food and other items to the youth. The core of our business is to create an exciting environment and we will embody that through the activities of the organization.
